What we have built on the court is just the beginning. The next step for Watz Academy is a dedicated training facility in North County San Diego, a space that belongs entirely to our athletes and is designed from the ground up to develop them at the highest level possible.
This is not a traditional gym. This is a performance-driven training environment built specifically for the kind of intentional, structured development that defines everything Watz Academy stands for.
Over the next 6 to 12 months, Watz Academy is working toward securing a dedicated warehouse or flex space in the North County area, in or around Vista, Oceanside, or Carlsbad. The goal is to convert that space into a fully branded Watz Academy Training Facility that serves as the central hub for all athlete development. This facility will allow us to increase training volume, improve training quality, and give our athletes a consistent home that reflects the standard of the program they are part of. Right now, Watz Academy operates across multiple locations to serve our athletes. That model works, and it has allowed us to build something real. But a dedicated facility changes everything. It means consistent access to training space, more sessions available throughout the week, expanded program offerings, and a physical presence in the community that reflects the quality of what we do.
It also means more for our athletes. More reps. More film. More strength work. More time with coaches. More of everything that produces real development.
