Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made to Watz Academy are non-refundable. By completing payment and registering for any Watz Academy program, you agree to the following:

• All training sessions, team fees, camps, and memberships are final and non-refundable
• Missed sessions will not be refunded or credited
• Dropping out of a program does not remove financial responsibility
• Tournament and league fees are separate hard costs and are non-refundable

Watz Academy operates with scheduled gym rentals, staffing, and pre-paid expenses. Because of this, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Watz Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules, training times, or program structure as needed. Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Watz Academy and will be issued as a credit, not a refund.
